IrrewarraLocated east of Colac Irrewarra is primarily a farming region and home of the local airport for the region. AKD have continued to expand and automate their timber mill located on the Princess Highway - pictured below.The Calvert family bake Irrewarra Sourdough Breads in a converted 100 year old stable on their farm in the region. The bakeries produce is transported to their Geelong cafe and many other outlets along the coast, Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and Melbourne. Yahoo Creek wines offer Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine made from grapes they source from Birregurra, Irrewarra and Kawarren vineyards exclusively. |
